Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting (HLTAID004) is a First Aid course specialised to those working with children. It provides greater emphasis on administering First Aid on young people, and also discusses Asthma and Anaphylaxis on a more in-depth level than the standard First Aid.
Staff who work within an education or care setting, such as in a childcare or school, are required to have the HLTAID004 First Aid Qualification.
Provide First Aid in an Education and Care setting is a one day course and includes certification for Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation HLTAID001. The course includes 8 hours of practical training and a self-paced theory workbook for you to complete at home and send back to us for marking.
